We are Irene and Roberto Biancotti, the people behind Rocche di Montexelo.
We love good food, local wines and the conviviality of life in the Roero. We are always happy to share our favourite restaurants, wineries, local producers and Slow Food experiences.

WHY WE CREATED A PRIVATE SPA
We wanted our spa to be a place of privacy and connection, rather than a shared wellness centre.
A space reserved for one couple or group at a time, where relaxation, silence and time together come first.
WHY SUSTAINABILITY MATTERS TO US
We chose a more sustainable way of welcoming guests because we believe that hospitality should respect the land, resources and community around us.
For us, sustainability means making thoughtful choices while preserving the authentic character of the Roero for the future.
