SPA – TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • Access to the SPA is private and exclusive.
  • All SPA services are part of one single private environment and cannot be booked separately.
  • Swimwear is mandatory.
  • In the sauna and on wooden surfaces, the use of a towel is required.
  • The final shower, changing time, and use of the changing area are included within the 3-hour SPA experience.
  • Bathrobe and bath mat are provided for the final shower.
  • The entire experience takes place in a fully private and reserved space, with no external access or interruptions.


SPA BOOKING CONDITIONS


  • The private SPA must be booked at least 1 day in advance, subject to availability.
  • Same-day bookings are not available, unless exceptionally agreed with the property.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation (only for reservation without stay)
  • Time slots already booked cannot be confirmed again.
  • The reserved time slot is exclusive and cannot be modified.
  • In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • At the discretion of the property and depending on availability, it may be possible to reschedule the booking. In this case, the deposit will remain valid.
  • If the rescheduled booking is later cancelled, the deposit will be retained permanently.


POOL – GREEN POOL (SEASONAL)

  • The outdoor pool has a gradual depth, with a maximum depth of 1.20 m.
  • The pool is available from May to September (indicative period, depending on weather conditions).
  • During May and September, opening hours may vary in order to preserve water temperature.


POOL ACCESS WITHOUT STAY


  • The pool is shared among guests of the property (maximum 4 apartments), in a quiet and uncrowded environment.
  • Access to the pool without an overnight stay is available only during the summer season and exclusively with a private SPA booking.
  • Pool access is included and free only during the 3-hour SPA session and is not allowed before or after the reserved time.


POOL RULES


  • Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
  • The footbath must be used.
  • Diving is not allowed.
  • Running in the pool area is not allowed.
  • Dangerous behavior is not allowed.
  • Shouting or disturbing other guests is not allowed.
  • Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
  • Glass bottles of any glass objects are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
  • The pool is not supervised: use is at guests’ own responsibility.


LIABILITY


  • The property is not responsible for service interruptions due to natural events or force majeure (e.g. storms, lightning, earthquakes, power outages).
  • The property is not responsible for damage to persons or property resulting from improper use of facilities.
  • The SPA is used independently: the management declines all responsibility related to its use.
  • The property is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.


MINORS (UNDER 18)


  • Access to the SPA is allowed only if accompanied by an adult.
  • Minors may use the services, excluding alcoholic beverages.
  • The sauna is generally not recommended for very young children for safety reasons.
  • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors.


STAY CONDITIONS

Liability


  • The property is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment.
  • The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
  • Photos and descriptions on the website represent the actual services and are regularly updated.
  • Services included in the quote are part of the accepted offer.


Pool


  • The outdoor pool is heated using solar systems.
  • In case of prolonged lack of sunlight, water temperature may vary and may not be high.


Cancellations


  • Cancellation policies are specified at the time of booking.
  • In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit may not be refunded.
  • By accepting the quote, all conditions are fully accepted.


Damages


  • The property reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to property or equipment.
  • The property is not responsible for damages caused between guests.
